If you have not yet, you will need to register via the Brickfield Portal site.  Our Starter Registration documentation provides the step by step process.  This will guide you through the process.

If you have already registered, and the site is accepting but not validating your keys. This process is handled under cron,

There may be a number of issues impacting this.

  • The background process of Moodle. This check does not run instantly, and if your cron is not running this may be an issue.
  • Another possibility is that your server cannot talk to our registration platform.

You can book a short meeting where we can assist you via our online booking calendar.  

It would be good to know in advance of the meeting who your hosting company is and what your Moodle URL is.
